Returns & Exchanges
Because our rose arrangements are handcrafted and preserved to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. Each piece is made fresh for you, so please review your order details carefully before checkout.
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the arrangement. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Need to change or cancel an order? Reach out as soon as possible at (669) 200-8899 or info@thepremiumroses.com. We can accommodate changes made before your order enters production.
