Premium Roses is introducing a new way to decorate your wedding, ceremony, or event: rent our preserved rose centerpieces by the box instead of buying fresh flowers that wilt in a day or silk flowers that never look quite real. Our roses are real flowers, preserved to stay full and vivid for up to three years — which means the same box can dress a wedding one weekend and a corporate gala the next.
Reserve the look you want, we deliver it ready to display, and you simply hand it back when the event is over. No watering, no wilting under warm reception lights, and no landfill-bound flowers the next morning.

How Renting Works
Pick your collection and quantity — Classic, Grande, Premium Bouquet, or Signature pieces, mixed and matched for your tablescape, altar, or stage.
Reserve your date with a refundable damage deposit — we hold your pieces exclusively for your event.
We deliver and set up (or you arrange local pickup) the day before your event, ready to display.
Enjoy your wedding or event — the arrangements hold their color and shape from setup to last dance.
Hand everything back the next day. We inspect, clean, and return your deposit within 5 business days.
Preserved Rental vs. Fresh Florals vs. Silk Rental
Local silk and "real touch" faux flower rental is common across Chicago's North Shore — but preserved real roses are still a gap in this market. Here's how the three options compare:
Factor | Our Preserved Rental | Fresh Florist | Silk / Faux Rental |
Looks & feels real | Yes — real roses, preserved | Yes, but wilts within days | Close, but can look synthetic up close |
Holds up all day/night | Yes — no water, no heat sensitivity | Needs water, wilts under warm lights | Yes — unaffected by heat |
Reusable / sustainable | Yes — rented dozens of times over 2-3 years | No — thrown away after the event | Yes, but looks worn after repeated use |
Typical cost per centerpiece | $19–$125 (see pricing below) | $60–$150+, purchased new each time | $28–$138 locally, per market research |
Perfect For
Wedding ceremonies & receptions — aisle décor, altar arrangements, head tables, and guest centerpieces.
Corporate events & galas — lobby displays, stage florals, and gala tablescapes that need to look sharp for hours under lighting and cameras.
Churches & places of worship — altar and aisle arrangements available on a one-time or recurring weekly/monthly basis.
Bridal & baby showers, engagement parties, and quinceañeras.
Photo shoots, styled sets, product launches, and video/content production.
Holiday parties, fundraisers, and galas that want fresh-looking florals without a same-week florist order.

Delivery Area: Serving Everywhere Within 50 Miles of Deerfield, IL 60015
Delivery and pickup are free within 15 miles of Deerfield. From 15–50 miles, a mileage fee applies (roughly $2/mile each way); requests beyond 50 miles are handled by special arrangement. Local will-call pickup is also available at a discount.
We regularly serve Deerfield, Highland Park, Lake Forest, Lake Bluff, Northbrook, Glenview, Wilmette, Winnetka, Glencoe, Kenilworth, Northfield, Riverwoods, Bannockburn, Lincolnshire, Vernon Hills, Libertyville, Mundelein, Buffalo Grove, Long Grove, Barrington, Skokie, Evanston, and Chicago, plus surrounding Lake and Cook County communities within the 50-mile radius.
Rental Terms, Simply
Standard rental period is 3 days: delivery the day before your event, pickup the day after. Multi-day and recurring rentals are available for churches, offices, and lobbies.
A refundable damage deposit is charged at booking and returned within 5 business days after we inspect the returned pieces.
Prefer not to pay a deposit? Add an optional 12% damage waiver instead and skip the hold entirely.
Because these are preserved (not fresh) flowers, we don't need a week's notice — but popular wedding-season dates (May–October) book fastest, so 2–4 weeks' notice is recommended.
Delivery, styling, and pickup are available throughout the 50-mile service area, or choose discounted local will-call pickup.
Frequently Asked Questions
How is this different from renting silk or faux flowers?
Our pieces are real roses that have been preserved, not synthetic silk. They have the natural texture, weight, and detail of fresh flowers, without the wilting — most local rental companies only offer silk or "real touch" faux florals.
What if something breaks or goes missing?
Normal handling is covered. Your refundable deposit (or damage waiver) covers accidental damage or missing pieces beyond normal wear.
Can churches or offices rent on a recurring basis?
Yes — we offer a recurring altar, lobby, or reception-desk rental program with weekly or monthly swaps, billed on a simple recurring schedule.
Do you deliver and set up, or do we pick up?
Both. We offer full delivery, styling, and pickup across our 50-mile service area, or a discounted local will-call option if you'd rather handle setup yourself.
